Quantitative measures include the recording of total number of sessions, participants, and hours of instruction. We also track rquests for service from various sectors. Qualitative measures include the use of ICL standard surveys, which offer deeper insight into changes in client perceptions and behaviors that result from training. Additionally, ICL creates or tailors its surveys to the outcome interests of client organizations.

Recognizing that most professional industries must adhere to the accountability standards set by governing bodies (county, state, local), ICL also stays attuned to the trends of performance assessment used by its target sector constituents.

Finally, ICL relies on the personal connection with its clients, and the resulting anecdotal information, to always be improving the depth of its trainings. We pride ourselves on our more personalized relationships with clients and believe this "down home" connection is what encourages repeat trainings and longevity in partner relationship.
