ICL LEADERSHIP

ICL Board of Trustees

The Institute for Creative Leadership is governed by a Board of Trustees who provide oversight, direction, and strategic support for the organization's growth and development. Often, board members became introduced to ICL as of result of their professional firm's participation in a ICL training.
The Board of Trustees are drawn from complementary disciplines, and bring a wide range of professional expertise in the area of organizational behavior and development, business management, law, finance, marketing, and psychology.

All board members share a keen interest in strategies for professional and personal development and an appreciation for leadership and team development as both a process and as an ideal.

ICL Facilitators

ICL facilitators are experienced and credentialed in education, psychology, group process, human resources, organizational behavior and development. Their professional excellence, combined with their ability to position/present/facilitate in a careful, culture-conscious manner, has resulted in ICL's reputation for providing quality training sessions in our northeast Ohio community.

Additionally, the diversity of background and range of skills represented by our facilitators, together with their ability to create and capture teachable moments, results in training that is both lively and effective. The ICL staff and facilitators work in concert with each client group every step of the way, with careful consideration given to clients values and cultures. We strive to form a true partnership with each client organization that is characterized by openness, candor, trust and good will.

ICL lead facilitators Gary Klein and Michael Walton have received national training in experiential-based education (program and process technique), have been instrumental in pioneering and communicating to the northeast Ohio community the value of experiential programming as a vehicle for personal growth and discovery, and have the necessary leadership skills and talents to bring a fresh and unique perspective to the group process.

The ICL Head Facilitators

Michael Walton Gary Klein

Together, Gary and Michael bring a combined 40+ years of Institute for Creative Leadership Experience.

"The high caliber professional skill exemplified in the ICL facilitators work is typical of the high standards at ICL that I have come to appreciate and respect over the years."

"The ICL facilitators effectively help us see ourselves in a different context, making it easier to notice strengths and abilities that otherwise would go unnoticed and unsupported."

"ICL's training facilities are fantastic settings. In a relaxed and comfortable fashion, we are able to explore and reflect on what it takes to be effective, contributing and successful leaders."
