The Institute for Creative Leadership (ICL) is one of Northeast Ohio's oldest and most respected training organizations and has pioneered and advanced experiential learning around the themes of leadership, team development, diversity, and personal/group effectiveness.

Over 60,000 participants from more than 500 corporate and community service sector organizations have benefited from ICL's custom-designed training, techniques, and services. Each year ICL facilitates over 100 trainings, retreats, and meetings for 3,000 attendees.
